Location: Watford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 5:00pm with alternate Saturdays: 7:00am 1:00pm
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

The Role:
A driven and passionate Internal Sales Executive is sought to join the Watford team. This role plays a key part in business growth by building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers

  • Upsell products and promote relevant offers

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Support general sales activity and contribute to branch growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a builders merchant environment (essential)

  • Confident communicator with a professional phone manner

  • Strong sales and upselling skills

  • Passionate about delivering great service and results

  • Motivated, proactive, and target-driven

  • Organised, with good attention to detail
