The Role:
- Lead Designer for the brand – Spearhead the creative direction of the brand, ensuring innovative and trend-driven designs that align with brand identity and market demand.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship – Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering creativity and professional development.
- Research, Conceptualization & Development – Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to drive the design and development of seasonal collections.
- Design Workflow & Process Management – Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to critical deadlines.
- Special Projects & Collaborations (SMUs) – Manage and develop exclusive product offerings, collaborating with key partners to deliver unique and brand-aligned designs.
- Trend Exploration & Global Inspiration – Travel for trend research, fabric sourcing, and product development, staying ahead of industry innovations.
- Marketing & Visual Direction – Contribute creative input to brand marketing initiatives, collaborating on campaign concepts and attending photoshoots to ensure design consistency.
