Reporting into the Head of Rental+ Europe, the Key Account Executive will be instrumental in the development and growth of key customer accounts across the UK. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join a global, fast-paced business and work with forward-thinking brands, such as Little Moons, Dobbies & Tesco to name but a few.
- Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of key customer needs, maximising potential opportunities to expand and extend current accounts.
- Oversee all additions, changes, and movements within key customer accounts, from initial onboarding through to contract extensions, ensuring accurate reflection across CRM and core business systems.
- Work closely with the Head of Rental+ Europe and the Divisional Sales Director to flag any larger opportunities within account base.
- Manage and mentor the Sales Coordinator, providing guidance and support to encourage ongoing professional development.
- Monitor customer contract lifecycles, reacting quickly and effectively to convert prospective hire extensions.
- Be fully conversant in our solutions and advising clients on services and products through upselling and cross-selling.
- Undertake market research and analysis to inform the business planning process.
- Accurately monitor and record all sales figures, produce monthly and quarterly sales reports.
- Work closely with the wider sales team to identify opportunities and provide support and assistance when required.

- Experience of operating in an Account Executive or Customer Success role within a high growth environment.
- Experience of selling a rental product or service offering would be desirable, but is not essential.
- Proven experience of upselling and cross-selling product offerings and growing accounts.
- Experienced and confident using CRM platforms and Excel.
- Demonstrable experience of achieving set sales targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management capability.
- Computer literate.
- Ad hoc travel required throughout the UK and Ireland.
