Freelance Digital Analyst – Contract-to-Perm Opportunity

Location: London Hybrid

3-Month Contract (with guaranteed perm offer)

£220/day | Outside IR35 | 4-Day Work Week

An innovative, mission-driven agency in the social impact and brand engagement space is looking for a freelance Digital Analyst to join their growing team. This is a unique 3-month contract role with a guaranteed opportunity to go permanent — ideal for someone who wants to make a difference while growing within a purpose-led business.

The Opportunity:

You’ll take the lead on digital tracking, reporting, and insight across campaigns targeting youth and education sectors. You'll work closely with internal analysts, marketing teams, and developers to deliver clean data, actionable insights, and clear visual reports.

You’ll need experience in:

Looker Studio, Power BI, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
GTM (Google Tag Manager) and pixel setup across web and social platforms
Meta Conversion API and TikTok Pixel
Building, testing, and verifying multi-channel tracking
Social and email analytics (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, DotDigital)
Campaign-level analysis: engagement, CPA, ROI, conversions
