Work Location: Bolton
Job Role:
- Completing multi-drop Home Deliveries into customers' homes
- Working as part of a 2-person crew (either alongside an experienced driver's mate, or another driver)
- Delivering a range of bulky household goods (White Goods, furniture, electricals etc)
- Completing between 15-25 deliveries per shift
- Providing excellent Customer Service by being friendly when delivering, calling ahead to customers etc.
Requirements for the role:
- C1 driving licence entitlement (7.5t)
- Valid CPC & Digi Tacho card
- No more than 6 penalty points (No DD/IN driving offences)
- Physically fit - Lifting aids will be provided along with manual handling training, however the role will require you to lift heavy goods up flights of stairs and into customers' homes.
- Friendly, polite nature - you will be the face of the business!
Shift Times & Pay Rates:
- 0630 start time
- Shift length will vary as the position is Job & Knock, meaning that you finish whenever the deliveries are completed
- Average shift length will be around 10-12 hours
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 weeks
Pay: £13.60 per hour
