We are currently seeking an exceptional people manager with a proven track record in achieving sales success. Your main responsibility will be overseeing a team of skilled sales professionals and driving revenue growth within your assigned region.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Wholesale Sales Team, where you will be responsible for executing the wholesale sales strategy specifically within the Central and Southern region. This will involve achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region, managing sales team deployment, and ensuring that all priority channel partners have effective account plans in place and executed.
As the primary negotiator for our key Buying Groups, you will develop annual joint trading plans in collaboration with Channel Campaign Managers. Furthermore, you will lead the quarterly full team sales meetings and regional team meetings.
