We’re looking for a Sales Floor Manager to lead an 80+ person sales team selling investment properties to our network of investors across the UK. This is your chance to be a key player in a fast-growing business, where sales drive everything.
In this role, you won’t just manage a sales floor, you’ll build it from the ground up, selecting top talent with the support of our in-house recruiter to create a high-performing sales army. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your own mastermind of sales team leaders, ensuring a strong foundation for long-term success.

Your role is to ensure your team leaders consistently drive sales from their teams, seamlessly connecting buyers to tenanted properties and driving outstanding results.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales pipeline to maintain high performance.
