A well-established body shop in Maidstone is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to support its busy team. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in motor trade administration - whether from a body shop, service department, or dealership environment.

The Role:

  • Processing job cards and invoicing
  • Booking in work and updating customers
  • Liaising with insurers, suppliers, and technicians
  • General office admin and support duties
  • Using Keyloop/Kerridge (basic knowledge preferred, but not essential)

Hours & Salary:

  • Β£28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • 45 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm
  • Half-hour lunch break
  • No weekend work

What We’re Looking For:

  • Admin experience in a body shop, service desk, or motor trade setting
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic familiarity with Keyloop/Kerridge would be beneficial
