The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role that will shape the operational backbone of our organisation, ensuring the effective delivery of our vital services across the region. As COO, you will lead on strategic operations, ensuring high standards of practice, quality service delivery, and compliance with regulatory and HR policies. You’ll be responsible for budgeting, team leadership, and continuous improvement of internal systems to strengthen our impact and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of Encompass Southwest
- Lead and support teams to deliver trauma-informed, high-quality services
- Ensure financial and budgetary oversight across all operational areas
- Develop and maintain compliance with HR and regulatory frameworks
- Drive improvements in service delivery and organisational effectiveness
- Work collaboratively with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning
