Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor who wants to work from home with leads provided? We are currently looking for an experienced and fully qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our clients, a nationally recognised Estate Agency who are looking to add to their team working on a remote / work-from-home basis. The position requires a visit to the London office once or twice a month.
This is a fast-paced position with excellent earning potential, and strong leads are provided by the Estate Agency team.
Working hours:
- Full Time (Remote)
- Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays (with lieu day provided)
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
- Basic Salary £24,000 - £28,000
- Fully uncapped commission scheme ranging from 10 – 25%
- Guarantee for 1st 6 months whilst building pipeline
- IT equipment
- OTE £50,000 - £60,000 Year 1, £80,000 + Year 2
- Car allowance of £3,000
- Great Progression Opportunities
Mortgage Advisor requirements:
- Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
- Ability to deal with high volume of 1st appointments and subsequent signups.
- Fully CeMAP qualified with mortgage broking experience
- Full UK Driving license.
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:
- Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
- Giving Mortgage and Protection advice and writing business
- Chasing potential leads and generating new business
- Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
