Purpose
As a Delivery Lead in Connected Labs and process and product technology functions (PTs) you will administrate and oversee successful implementation of several projects for Digital Transformation of laboratories in our Process and Product Technology functions, which span multiple teams, functions, and external parties.
Accountabilities
- Serve as the central orchestrator, harmonizing diverse initiatives and ensuring their alignment with the overall vision and organizational goals.
- Foster and facilitate collaboration between internal and external teams.
- Manage high-level project timelines, coordinating with sub-initiative leaders on their specific deliverables.
- Ensure that the administrative aspects of the project are managed efficiently, including contract management.
- Suggest and implement project management practices and standards.
- Proactively identify and raise dependencies, risks, and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in project or delivery management.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Expertise with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Mural, Smartsheet).
- Workshop orchestration and facilitation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
