Commercial Manager (Civils) – Bristol

What’s the Position
They are looking for a Commercial Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Based from their office in Bristol, the role will be accountable for managing all costs of a project portfolio, as well as controlling the overall budget

Ideally, you’ll come from a subcontractor background and be familiar with the following types of works:

• Groundworks
• Drainage
• Earthworks
• Landscaping

What will you need

You will have at least 5 years working in the civil engineering sector and have a good local knowledge as well as the following:

• Familiar with NEC Forms of Contract
• Construction Related Qualification
• Experience delivering projects up to £5M
