Manpower is recruiting an experienced, driven QA Specialist to ensure world-class standards across our global supply chain. This role involves maintaining quality for pelagic fish products from dock to distribution, working internationally to meet high standards and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve quality control processes across the transport and delivery chain.
• Conduct quality assessments of pelagic fish such as Ling, Mackerel, Pollock, Tuna, Herring, and Sardines.
• Evaluate and score fish quality based on photographic evidence, pre- and post-transportation.
• Support process improvements within the Quality Department.
• Assist during claims or issues, including out-of-hours support when needed.

Candidate Profile

We seek a proactive, detail-oriented QA professional with:

• Experience with pelagic fish and in a seafood industry quality role.
• A strategic mindset to influence and improve systems.
• Strong communication skills for working with global stakeholders, including close collaboration with MDs and clients.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work outside regular hours as needed (valid passport required).
