Crypto Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead Web3 product research, planning, design, and implementation, including version planning, product design, functional requirement documentation, prototyping, development coordination, launch, and iteration, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
2. Possess a strong understanding of traditional finance, cryptocurrency, and cross-border payments, conducting market research and competitor analysis to define customer needs and shape product and operational strategies.
3. Collaborate with risk control, compliance, and technical teams to ensure product design and development meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Exhibit strong project management skills, defining clear objectives, creating detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and adapting to changes when necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or above in finance, economics, or computer science; overseas work experience is preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management.
2. Deep understanding and experience in blockchain, digital currency, cross-border payments, and virtual assets product design.
3. Familiarity with Web3 products and technologies; proven success in Web3 projects is a strong plus.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English, and able to work effectively with diverse teams. Willingness to travel for short- and long-term assignments.
