Are you ready to accelerate your career as a mechanic? The TIP Mechanic Academy offers a fast-track paid training program designed to set you up for success. Upon completion, you'll earn certification equivalent to a Trailer Mechanic and secure a full-time contract in up to 12 months.

Program Overview

Trainees will complete the TIP Mechanic Academy in up to 12 months through a structured, hands-on learning model. A combination of online modules, face-to-face instruction, and supervised on-the-job training ensures you gain the skills necessary to become a Trailer Mechanic.
