We are supporting a leading, global, hi-tech business in their search for an additional Commissioning Engineer for a new product line. This is an opportunity to expand your Electrical and Electronic skill set working on machines that are pushing the boundaries of technology in the sector. Working in a team of 10, you will build and test equipment to the highest standards. There will also be scope for you to be involved in R&D projects.

Core duties include:

  • Electrically commission products to the required processes, safety and quality standards, undertaking testing and adjustments and completing the signing off processes.
  • Lead by example in ensuring at all times safe systems of work and thorough due process.
  • Provide support to Electro-Mechanical Technician colleagues in the product build process as dictated by the manufacturing schedule.
  • Test and maintain products on behalf of R&D from time to time providing feedback to help develop and improve new and existing product range.
  • Train less experienced colleagues in electrical commissioning techniques.
