About the Role
It is an exciting period of growth and expansion at Neo People, and we are currently looking to recruit commercially minded Administrators to join our fast‑paced Payroll team. No previous payroll experience is required (but is desirable) as training will be offered to the successful applicants. If you have a can‑do attitude and are willing to take on the challenge of working within a fast‑paced environment we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Pensions and Payroll teams to input customer data into the iTrent system and run reports.
- Ensure all payroll data matches, is forwarded and processed.
- Action and resolve all queries.
- Support clients with data reporting weekly and upon request.
- Answer incoming calls and deal with them appropriately.
- Support administration practices in accordance with changing business/team needs and legal requirements.
- Provide breakdowns to our payroll for processing.
- Manage client queries, requests and liaise with them based on dynamic payroll changes.
- Adapt to a fast‑paced environment where internal and external clients are at the core of everything we do.
About You
To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following:
- A strong administrator with advanced Excel skills (VLookups, Pivot Tables etc.), problem solving, data analysis to manipulate and upload data, and data management skills.
- Basic understanding of payroll is desirable.
- High attention to detail and problem solving.
- Ability to work as part of a highly motivated team and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Readiness to challenge discrepancies where occurring.
- A hands‑on attitude and willingness to learn.
