The purpose of this role is to support the senior exec / content manager and wider digital teams in maintaining and developing the customer journey across all digital channels whilst managing the day-to-day content updates. You will be working with marketing, creative, and development teams to execute campaigns and promotions from brief to delivery with a data-first approach. Reviewing site metrics daily to understand and optimize performance, and setting clear and measurable actions to improve KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular site checks to ensure optimal customer journeys and resolve issues with relevant teams.
- Update and maintain all content across the Size? Group websites, including apps, utilizing various platforms and CMS tools.
- Collaborate with trade and marketing teams to ensure relevant products are promoted effectively in line with trading plans.
- Brief creative teams and manage the rollout of assets across channels and territories.
- Develop site improvements and drive innovation to increase onsite conversion, product views, and add-to-cart actions on desktop and mobile.
- Ensure brand guidelines and creative consistency across UK & EU territories and all channels.
- Ensure a smooth and effective customer journey from marketing touchpoints to purchase.
- Monitor competitor activity and gather creative inspiration to share with the team.
- Manage campaigns and promotional activities to meet deadlines.
- Update landing pages and brand pages as needed.
- Perform daily site crawling to ensure content is current.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in an eCommerce optimization role.
- Shopify experience preferred.
- Experience using Google Analytics.
- Experience with ContentSquare preferred.
- Strong analytical skills are essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a small, fast-moving team.
