Overview
Are you motivated by helping people and delivering excellent customer service? Youâll be known internally as a Defence Claims Handler in our inâhouse law firm, Strata Solicitors. Youâll be responsible for efficiently managing a caseload of claims and delivering exceptional client service. Once youâve passed your probation period, typically 3âmonths, youâll be able to work from home two days per week. Our offices are open between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Youâll work 37.5 hours between those times. To support your career progression, weâll also contribute financially for you to gain your Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) or a professional legal qualification.
How youâll make an impact
Our clients may have had a car accident or a car stolen, and theyâll phone you to help them with their insurance claim. Itâll be your job to work with the âclaimantâ and the insurance company to gather all evidence, establish liability, and quantify the claim to achieve swift settlement.
