The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers are responsible for supporting them and the wider team in the successful operation of the gym, with a specific responsibility for driving new member sales, maximising retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside of the gym.

Job Description
- Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
- Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
- Lead by example in our FUNDAMENTALS sales process, supporting and training the team to improve confidence and performance
- Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow the live member movement
- Manage the activity planners for the gym, ensuring they are thorough and well executed
- Implement strategies to increase lead generation internally and externally
- Monitor dashboards and KPIs, communicating insights to the team
- Drive revenue across membership sales, products, and secondary revenue lines
- Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations to management
- Build relationships with local businesses to develop partnerships
- Develop #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities
- Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experiences
- Support national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
- Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
- Assist the General Manager with operational tasks, including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, and Recruitment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
