This is a full-time, permanent position located in Leeds, Dock Street . The salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum depending on experience plus annual bonus. Let\’s talk about the role. It involves; Support for Property Managers. Arranging Training of new staff and current staff to ensure all PM\’s achieve the Green level of competency required. Regular meetings with Branch Managers and Property Managers Monitor Branch Organiser to ensure everything is covered and no errors are pending. Balancing PM cover depending on workloads within their defined area. Complaint reviews and resolution prior to escalating. We\’re looking for individuals with qualities such as; Self-motivated, well organised and you will have experience of working within a customer service environment where you are reactive to customer\’s needs Great administrative skills and attention to detail.
