We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Treasury and Collateral Optimisation Specialist Overview: We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Collateral & Inventory Optimisation with experience in synthetic and cash prime, funding, liquidity, and Integrity in Regulatory Reporting (IRR) projects. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project, initially focusing on SME responsibilities with potential for long-term project delivery involvement. Key Responsibilities: Provide expertise in collateral and inventory optimisation within financial markets. Support and enhance processes related to synthetic and cash prime brokerage. Contribute to funding and liquidity strategies, ensuring efficient asset utilisation. Work as part of the IRR (Integrity in Regulatory Reporting) project, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine optimisation frameworks. Required Skills & Experience: Extensive knowledge of collateral management, funding, and liquidity strategies. Experience working on regulatory reporting projects, preferably within an IRR framework. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimise financial inventory.
