Our client is looking for a talented Head of Brand & Digital to take ownership of their brand and digital marketing strategy to help them reach the next level of their growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead digital growth, drive customer engagement and play a key role in shaping the business’s future. With a turnover pushing towards £100 million, this well-established family business continues to go from strength to strength as it consolidates its existing client base and acquires more. Playing a pivotal role in the management team and overseeing a small marketing department, the impact of this role will be considerable.
If you have a blend of strategic digital/e-commerce know-how along with proven experience of building and capitalising on brand stories this could be the role for you. You’ll need to be comfortable drilling down into technical details, as well as being able to see how these fit into the bigger picture. You’ll be astute at balancing priorities and working across a range of internal departments. You’ll need to have extensive e-commerce experience, although this can be from either B2B or consumer markets.
The Head of Brand and Digital role will involve:
- Brand guardianship, overseeing all messaging and ensuring it is on brand and executed efficiently
- Developing content strategies
- Owning customer journey with a view to bolstering both acquisition and retention
- Implementing an SEO strategy that considers both technical and off-page aspects
