Regional Facilities Manager – YORKSHIRE
Covering Industrial, Commercial & Retail Sites

️ Are you a hands-on, trustworthy, and experienced Facilities Manager ready to hit the ground running? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established property portfolio, managing a diverse mix of industrial, commercial, and retail sites across Yorkshire.

Contractor management
Service charge budgeting
⚠️ Health & safety compliance

Manage and monitor contractors to ensure high performance
✅ Take ownership of service charge budgets – plan, forecast, and control
✅ Ensure full compliance with H&S laws and regulations (including audits & assessments)
✅ Conduct regular site visits and inspections
✅ Solid experience in multi-site Facilities Management
Confidence handling service charge budgets and compliance
NEBOSH certification (desirable)
A full UK driving licence – (ESSENTIAL)
️ A flexible role with the freedom to manage your own schedule
Full-time | Permanent
