Hays are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational management across two premises in Sheffield. Please note an enhanced DBS is required before employment commences)
Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the leisure facilities, buildings and grounds.
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance work.
Manage contractors and liaise with external providers for large-scale projects.
Monitor facilities, ensuring they remain in excellent condition.
Previous experience in site management, facilities management, or caretaking.
Ability to carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
