Customer Training Consultant

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join a renowned energy supplier in Bury. If you thrive in a role that requires precision, multitasking, and exceptional customer service skills, this position could be the perfect fit for you. You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm. In return for your hard work, you’ll receive a starting salary of £24,000-25,000 + bonus + benefits and the opportunity to develop your career!

Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients through various channels such as telephone, email, and live chat.
Ensuring accurate data entry and setup of customer accounts
Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on delivering positive experiences.
Computer literate with strong excel and outlook skills.
