Role:
Based in North Kent, primarily office-based with site visits as needed for client interactions. Manage accounts, sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers, clients, and installation teams. Work alongside the Associate Technical Install Director.
Requirements:
- Experience with contract review and construction contracts, specifically JCT & NEC4
- Experience dealing with Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors, final account negotiations
- Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Director
- If you have managed the commercial aspects of projects from tender to final account, with contractual management and cost control experience in sectors like Fire Protection, Fire Detection, Fire and Security, Building Services, etc., we encourage you to apply!
