Role:
Based in North Kent, primarily office-based with site visits as needed for client interactions. Manage accounts, sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers, clients, and installation teams. Work alongside the Associate Technical Install Director.
Requirements:
- Experience with contract review and construction contracts, specifically JCT & NEC4
- Experience dealing with Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors, final account negotiations
- Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Director
