The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team and help us take things to the next level. You must have a genuine love for live music and bar service, and take a proactive hands-on approach to driving your business forward. All our senior team are involved in management, whether you are closing shop at the end of the night, running full shifts by yourself, or training up bartenders. You will be well educated on health & safety, bar stock management and WSET as well as receiving your personal licence. We will push you to become not only great bartenders but great leaders.

Superserve Manchester are responsible for delivering the F&B operations within Factory International which is set to be one of Europe’s biggest venue openings this year. This world-class cultural venue in the heart of Manchester will present bold new work by the world’s most exciting artists - from music gigs to major exhibitions, original theatre to daring new dance, all incorporating the latest in digital technologies.
