Deichmann is extremely proud to announce that we are recruiting for a Store Manager for our store in Leeds. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a guaranteed salary of £33,500 + the potential to earn monthly commission and annual bonuses. This is a really exciting opportunity for a successful and ambitious Store Manager to join a successful, international retail brand.

Already demonstrating a superior level of performance within their own store, the successful candidate will have the right mix of managerial and technical aptitudes in order to drive performance. You will have previous experience of working as a Store Manager in a fast paced, high volume retail setting.

  • Stock management
  • Analysing and interpreting sales performance data and reports
  • Making recommendations for ways to improve sales performance, based on analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and identification of customer insights
  • Recruitment and training of the team
