Team Size: Will lead a team of 3 (currently 2)

No Senior Manager or Certification responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain deal activity in Loan Management System (LMS) and Treasury Management System (TMS)
  • Oversee daily payments and cash reconciliations
  • Manage capital calls, covenant reporting, and cash/FX hedging
  • Liaise with Front Office, origination platforms, banking providers, and administrators
  • Support NAV production, operational process development, and strategic change
  • Ensure risk management, SLA/KPI adherence, and systematic issue resolution

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in Private Credit
  • Understanding of loan calculations (interest, fee accruals)
  • Strong project implementation and communication skills
  • High academic achievement
