The Strategy & Ops Associate will…
- Own day-to-day payment processes, ensuring timely liquidity, documentation, and customer communication
- Resolve complex issues across banks, partners, and customers
- Maintain and deepen relationships with bank partners, including onboarding new ones
- Lead special projects, from API integrations to strategic cost analysis, to new market expansion
