As People Coordinator, you will support our restaurants and people team by delivering consistent, efficient and people-focused HR administration and employee relations support. Provide consistent first-level HR advice to the teams across our London restaurants. Support with day-to-day case management including note-taking, issuing outcome letters, and advising on low-risk people matters. Issue offer letters, contract changes, and other employee documentation in line with templates and policies. Monitor and report on people metrics such as ER cases, onboarding activity, and policy compliance. Submit accurate payroll data and oversee weekly tronc allocations in collaboration with the Troncmaster. Act as the local contact for the Payroll Manager, ensuring staff are paid correctly and queries are resolved in a timely manner. Confident with systems and digital tools (Fourth Hospitality, Harri etc). Interested in growing within the HR field and contributing to a high-performing people team.
