Duration: 18 months Location: Guildford Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 at home, subject to change) Job Description You will be part of the Content Adaptation and Localisation Team within the Global Production team at EA. Based in the UK, this role reports to the Senior Manager, Adaptation & Localization (Video). It involves working with partners across multiple countries to manage campaign coordination, adaptation, and localisation for various media assets. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery of assets, maintaining quality, managing budgets, and fostering communication between creative teams and partners. Responsibilities Project management for franchise titles and supporting other MCMs. Manage the production of localised content for global partners. Coordinate asset needs and communicate with creative and localisation teams. Develop and produce advertising assets across multiple media formats. Ensure timely delivery of source files and manage quality control processes. Handle short turnaround requests and manage budgets effectively. Maintain relationships across teams and develop workflows with new technologies. Understand legal and localisation requirements. Utilize project management tools to streamline workflows. Qualifications Experience in marketing, creative production, or localisation teams, either in-house or agency. Proven project management skills in a collaborative environment. International experience or working with global clients. Knowledge of media formats, video/display specs, and HTML5 coding. Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
