LHH is working with an esteemed trusts and estates boutique in Boston seeking a talented Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a legal professional with a passion for estate planning and probate law to advance their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle probate court matters and prepare probate tax returns.
  • Draft and administer wills and trusts.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop comprehensive estate plans.
  • Provide legal advice on estate and tax planning strategies.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 2+ years of experience in trusts and estates law.
  • Strong knowledge of probate court procedures and tax return preparation.
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or willingness to sit for the bar/waive in).
  • Tax LLM is a plus but not required.
