A large-scale UK business undergoing major transformation is building out its Organisation Design capabilities and looking for a Job Architecture Lead (Manager level) to help shape this journey. This is a unique opportunity to join a company in the midst of change, where your work will have genuine impact on structure, scale, and long-term people strategy.

The OD Lead Role: As OD Lead - Job architecture/Career Levels, you’ll sit at the heart of the OD evolution, working cross-functionally with HRBPs, Reward, Talent, and external consultants to bring a modern and scalable framework to life.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Finalise and implement a new job architecture and career level framework
  • Drive consistency across structure, job levelling and organisational governance
  • Work with internal and external partners (including L&D, Reward & WTW) to ensure alignment
  • Maintain governance around senior hiring and internal movement
  • Embed career levels into wider OD initiatives across the business
