As the Lead Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of complex hardware systems involving RF, analog, and digital electronics. You will take the lead on project delivery, guiding the design process from initial concept to production, ensuring that hardware systems meet rigorous defence standards. The role will involve system-level design, PCB layout, hardware prototyping, and working closely with software and mechanical engineering teams to ensure smooth integration across the full system architecture.

Extensive experience in RF, analog, and digital circuit design

Proven ability in system-level hardware design, including schematic capture and PCB layout

Expertise in hardware testing, debugging, and validation processes

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor engineering teams

Previous experience in defence or a heavily regulated industry is highly desirable
