Are you a proactive Process Manager looking to join a well-established, global retail manufacturer based in Staffordshire? The business is looking for someone to join their high-performing team, with this role being pivotal for a skilled process professional passionate about efficiency, product consistency and food safety.

As Process Manager, you will:

  • Analyse, design, and optimise production processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
  • Lead trials and validations of new products, equipment, and process changes.
  • Collaborate with NPD, Technical, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure all processes meet food safety and regulatory compliance (e.g., BRC, HACCP, retailer standards).
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality or process issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and process specifications.
