With an established presence in the UK and looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive new business, secure high-value partnerships, and build a high-performing sales team.
This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader with strong industry connections in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness . You will be responsible for winning new business , expanding our network of retailers and brands, and eventually hiring and leading a team of sales professionals .
This role is perfect for someone who is well-connected in beauty, fashion, wellness, or packaging sales , understands the industry landscape, and is motivated to drive growth in a rapidly expanding company.
Managing and growing a team of Account/ Sales Managers.
β Develop new business opportunities with brands, beauty companies, and retailers.
β Build relationships with key buyers, category managers, and procurement teams.
β Pitch and sell curated product collections to increase order value and repeat business.
β Own the sales process β from lead generation to closing deals and account expansion.
β Attend trade shows and industry events to drive brand visibility and client engagement.
5+ years of B2B sales & business development experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, packaging, or custom merchandise .
A well-connected industry professional β you already know key buyers and decision-makers in retail & beauty.
Proven track record of closing Β£50K-Β£500K+ B2B deals and managing high-value sales pipelines.
A hunter mindset β you thrive on building relationships, generating leads, and closing high-value deals.
Strategic & entrepreneurial β youβre comfortable building a new sales division and owning revenue growth.
Confident & results-driven β you excel at networking, pitching, and negotiating in fast-paced environments.
