We are looking for a Designer for our B2B Europe North sales team, where you will get a chance to work in a rewarding role within a diverse team that is pushing boundaries. As a Designer within the B2B team, you will develop creative solutions and design for various brands Swarovski collaborates with. Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Developing design concepts and collections to the highest standard in alignment with stakeholders and supporting in presentations of creative concepts according to requested format.
- Providing technical drawings and technical sheets with product design specifications.
- Researching the latest industry trends & innovations in both design & techniques that are relevant to the business & assessing which will contribute to the business & its clients.
- Assisting in creating tools to inspire our new and existing customers with innovative crystal applications for their products.
- Supporting B2B sales team to increase and secure usage of Swarovski crystals in various fashion accessories.
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Higher level of Education in Design.
- 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software (CAD systems, Illustrator, Rhino a plus) and willingness to expand IT knowledge to new systems/solutions.
- Technical knowledge: knowledge of manufacturing processes in key segments (textile, leather accessories, jewelry).
- Must have a strong understanding of the fashion industry.
- Must possess a creative mind, with great taste and the ability to translate innovative ideas into high-quality designs.
- Must have the ability to work with their hands, demonstrating strong craftsmanship skills.
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Innovative approach and can-do attitude.
