Job Title: Operations Analyst Employment Type: Permanent role Your role in a nutshell: Taking ownership of our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool. Working with the PSA Customer Success Manager to ensure we are utilising the tool to its maximum benefit. Overseeing upgrades and support tickets. Ensuring data is up to date and accurate. Becoming a PSA super user. Ensuring our core systems are integrating as expected and managing change of those systems/integration or replacing systems. Managing existing ISOs (27001, 9001, 45003, 14001) and obtaining new ISO accreditations. Identifying and delivering operational improvements including automation. Supporting compliance across the different functional areas (e.g., Client Operations, Legal, HR, Talent Acquisition) including data accuracy, contractual management, IR35.
