The ideal candidate will lead a team of bartenders, ensure exceptional guest service, manage inventory and ordering, and drive beverage sales while maintaining a fun, clean, and safe environment. The Bar Manager plays a key role in upholding brand standards, promoting a positive team culture, and ensuring smooth, profitable bar operations. Maintain high standards of service, product quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Monitor bar inventory and place orders for liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Oversee cash handling, POS reconciliation, and daily bar financial reporting. Handle guest complaints and issues promptly with professionalism and problem-solving. Coordinate with kitchen and floor teams to ensure seamless service during peak hours and events. Monitor and control beverage costs and waste, helping drive profitability. Assist with marketing promotions, events, and specials to boost foot traffic and sales. Skills / Experience Must possess a valid Nevada Food Handler and TAM Card. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must be at least 21 years old. 2-3 years of bar or pub management experience required. In-depth knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and bar operations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse kitchen team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping to access supplies and equipment. Ability to handle high heat, steam, and busy conditions in the kitchen.
