Account Manager

Location:

West Yorkshire | Hybrid / Remote (Minimum of 1 day per week in the office)

Package:

£30,000–£40,000 basic salary depending on experience, plus 30% commission

The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team. This is a full-time role with hybrid flexibility, work from the office based in West Yorkshire or remotely within the UK. You’ll be the go-to advisor for new clients, structuring deals and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and lenders.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Supporting clients with tailored business finance solutions
• Managing relationships with lenders and suppliers
• Evaluating client needs and structuring competitive agreements
• Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in business finance
• New business experience / clear route to market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
