Boxcar Group is looking for an Assistant Baker to join the team! Working closely with our Head Baker you will be part of an innovative team focusing on patisserie, viennoiserie and bread. Based in Marylebone you will be working in our kitchen on Wyndham Place.
As an Assistant Baker you will be responsible for:
- Maintain impeccable attention to detail, ensuring consistency and excellence in every product.
- Independently create items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared and stored safely and hygienically.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
