Our solutions help our customers solve difficult problems in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing, Identity Authentication & Verification, Fraud and Credit Risk mitigation and Customer Data Management.
About the Role: You will be responsible for creating New Business opportunities, kick starting long-term profitable relationships within the Pensions industry. In this role, you’ll take ownership of driving growth across three key areas: developing deep expertise in the Corporate space to differentiate from competitors, proactively acquiring new customers by targeting and engaging strategic accounts, and expanding product adoption within our existing client base. You'll work closely with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities, showcase the value of our solutions, and drive product growth through your specialist knowledge and customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
- Actively and professionally managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating and closing.
- Putting the customer first, providing timely response and exceptional levels of service to all enquiries.
- Prioritising face-to-face engagement.
- Effectively meeting (and exceeding) sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Self-building, managing and maintaining a high-quality pipeline of opportunities that enables the achievement of the quota and to ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately documented in the CRM system.
- Researching and understanding customer and prospects’ goals and objectives, overall business requirements, and advising them on how LexisNexis Risk Solutions can help.
- Partnering with stakeholder groups within the business to maintain a strong feedback loop with customers.
Requirements:
- Have a strong track record in sales, balancing target achievement with excellent customer experience.
- Be curious and have a customer-first mindset, with the ability to quickly understand complex needs and solutions.
- Possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and sales cycles.
- Be a confident communicator and relationship builder, with experience in contract negotiation.
- Bachelor Degree Level preferable (or equivalent experience).
- Hybrid role with 2 to 3 days a week in the office (Cardiff).
