Finance Manager / Senior Management Accountant | Harrogate (hybrid) | £50,000 – £55,000

BRILLIANT opportunity for someone ambitious & studying toward ACCA or CIMA (or newly qualified) – you’ll join as finance manager (effectively number 1 in finance) for a portfolio business within an agile PE Group. This is a career fast track. You’ll be the primary finance contact for a £10m+ turnover business (with support from a modern group head of finance who looks after other investments within the structure). You’ll have the chance to work with the MD, commercial director, and PE investors on a daily/weekly basis – incredible exposure from the get-go. You need to have: Commitment to complete CIMA / ACCA / ACA. Previous experience of management accounting and reporting. Clear commercial acumen and genuine drive / ambition. A proactive approach to developing reporting, adding value, and bringing insights and ideas to the table. Great analytical skills / Excel ability. Commutable from York, Harrogate, or Leeds – hybrid working. £50,000 – £55,000 + suite of great benefits including 15% annual bonus.
