Maintenance Manager Food Manufacturing Monday – Friday Days only An established and growing food manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead its engineering team and ensure the smooth running of operations on a day-to-day and longer-term basis. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance of all production machinery and equipment. Lead and develop a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and efficiency. Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime. Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational reliability. About You: Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred). Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team. Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
