I am looking for an Interim Senior Organisational Development Leader. Local Government β South Central. 6 months. Β£NEG Daily rate.
To lead the team to deliver culture change and organisational development, developing interventions that drive effective change across and within services. The council is looking for someone who can set up an OD team from scratch and help develop and narrate a compelling vision both to the team members and to the business.
The role requires someone who leads in a behavioural change manner and can support a team at a time of change as the service moves through a programme of redesign.
