We are seeking a creative and results-driven Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Specialist to lead our influencer engagement strategy for the EU market. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of influencer collaborations, from outreach to content creation, while strengthening Trip.com’s presence on key social media platforms. In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Maintain a deep understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for engagement.
- Monitor and leverage trending topics, ensuring timely and creative execution of campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams to align influencer content with broader marketing goals.
- Analyse campaign data to assess ROI and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and enhance content effectiveness.
- Develop and expand Trip.com’s influencer network in the EMEA and globally by leveraging existing and emerging talent while staying ahead of industry trends and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, contract negotiations, content ideation, review, and publication, across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-quality influencers (KOLs and KOCs) in the travel and lifestyle space, ensuring long-term, stable partnerships with a focus on content quality and brand alignment.
What you\’ll Need to Succeed:
- Flexible and open to travel for business purposes.
- Proficiency in English is required, with additional European languages or Mandarin considered a strong advantage.
- Results-oriented, data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimise strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends, platform algorithms, and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a proactive and adaptable approach to relationship management.
- Creative and strategic thinker with expertise in storytelling, campaign planning, and execution.
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns and building strong partnerships in the EMEA market.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital content creation, preferably in the travel or lifestyle sectors.
