About the Role We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer to enhance our brand through: UI/UX web design – Creating high-converting Shopify landing pages and product pages Email design – Designing engaging campaigns that drive sales Ad creatives – Developing compelling Meta ad visuals (static, animated, and video) You\’ll work closely with our marketing, UI/UX, and paid media teams to create designs that elevate our brand and improve performance. Key Responsibilities Design conversion-focused web pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives Optimize landing pages and user flows for better engagement and sales Develop Meta ad creatives that increase click-through rates and conversions Maintain a consistent, premium brand aesthetic across all channels Who You Are 3+ years of experience in graphic design (UI/UX, email, or ad creative experience preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing web, email, and ad designs, preferably for e-commerce brands Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar design tools Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and CRO best practices is a plus Passion for branding, aesthetics, and performance-driven design Perks and Benefits Remote-first role with paid team trips to London Fully paid company trips abroad (1-2x a year) Free jewelry and exclusive discounts Paid training, courses, and design conferences Paid vacation and UK bank holidays If you\’re passionate about creating impactful designs that drive real business results, apply now and be part of our journey.
