Location Bishop Auckland Full-time Permanent Role Overview We’re looking for a driven and self-motivated Regional Sales Consultant to join our Commercial team in Bishop Auckland focused on Care Homes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business by selling additional products and services to existing customers and converting competitors’ clients. You’ll play a key part in achieving growth targets and expanding our footprint in the care sector. Your Mission at Elis Achieve targeted sales revenues for designated products and services. Deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers to secure new business. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and competitor offerings. Negotiate pricing to maintain profitability while remaining competitive. Build strong relationships with prospects to encourage future sales. Conduct market research and maintain detailed knowledge of the customer base. Maintain accurate CRM records including cold calls and pipeline activity.Create tailored proposals and ensure timely, accurate contract documentation. Prepare monthly sales performance reports. Skills
